My Ministry

This app is a simple time and placement tracker for recording field ministry statistics. It allows you to track your placements, videos shown, return visits, and Bible studies. Note that in the study field, you should count a return visit for each time you conduct a study.

You can easily visualize your monthly progress for the year with the line graph. The app provides current year-to-date totals and averages for the months you have reported.

Pioneers can also track "Credit Hours" for RBC projects, pioneer school, etc. To enable this feature, simply toggle the pioneer switch on. Once indicated as a pioneer, the new box "Credit Hours" will appear. It will be included in your progress for the year, up to the maximum allotted credits. Set up your yearly hour goal and after reporting, you will be shown how many hours you are ahead or behind your annual goal to date.

You can enter secretary or group overseer information and easily email or text your report directly from the app. A monthly reminder is also included.

Customize the color to your preference. The app is designed to be extremely simple—just open, enter time, and exit. Only one service year is shown at a time to keep it simple. However, if you want to view previous service years, there are two arrows on the Service Year tab that allow you to navigate between them. This way, you can select the desired year, scroll to any month in that year, submit it, or view averages and graphs.

Please note that your data is not lost; it is simply grouped by service year. If you can't find the previous service year, use the arrow keys to switch years. Then you can scroll through the months within that service year and select the desired month.
